Refund policy

Standard Returns/Exchange Policy:

  • If the item no longer fits your needs, you can return or exchange any item purchased through our online store within 60 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned unused with all the original packaging. If the returned item is returned damaged or not in its original form we are unable to offer a refund. To set up a return or exchange please contact info@theniceracks.com.
  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by the consumer, unless the original item sent was incorrect or faulty (see Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy below). Our return location is in Salt Lake City, Utah.  

Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy:

  • If the item received is damaged or not the item ordered please notify us at info@theniceracks.com within 2 weeks of receiving your item and we will resolve the issue. At no cost to you, we will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on what is needed. All shipping fees involved in this process will be covered by us.
