Return/Exchange Policy:

-If the item no longer fits your needs, you can return or exchange any item purchased through our online store within 60 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned unused with all the original packaging. If the returned item is returned damaged or not in its original form we are unable to offer a refund.

-The cost of return shipping will be covered by the consumer, unless the original item sent was incorrect or faulty (see Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy below).

Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy:

-If the item received is damaged or not the item ordered please notify us at info@theniceracks.com within 2 weeks of receiving your item and we will make it right.

-At no cost to you, we will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on what is needed. All shipping fees involved in this process will be covered by us.

How much room do I need for The Nice Rack?

• Minimum ceiling area: 52in x 26in (The Nice Rack is 48in x 24in and generally requires a few inches of extra space for maneuvering)

• Maximum ceiling height: 14ft

What tools are needed to install The Nice Rack?

In order to install The Nice Rack, you will need:

-Tape measure

-Drill

-3/16" drill bit

-Hammer

-Stud finder

-Safety glasses

-Mask

-Pencil

Each package includes a Phillips drill bit for your convenience.

While The Nice Rack can be installed using the instructions provided with the package, we recommend having an experienced builder install The Nice Rack to ensure it is secured properly to the wood beams in the ceiling. 

Is there a weight limit on The Nice Rack?

As long as it is installed properly, The Nice Rack can hold up to 50 lbs distributed across the unit. 

The Nice Rack is designed to hold clothing and textiles only. Do not attempt to lift a person of any size on the rack.
